Shipping & Delivery
Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow up to 7 business days for your item to be crafted and prepared for shipping — though we always do our best to ship sooner.
Delivery time depends on your location:
• United States: 2–4 business days
• Canada: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 1–3 business days
• Australia: 4–7 business days
Please note that shipping times are approximate and cannot always be guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers are out of our control.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.
We ship all orders with FedEx for fast, reliable delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we suggest:
• Checking the shipping address on your order
• Looking around your entrance or common delivery spots
• Asking neighbors or household members if they received it
• Allowing 1–2 extra days — sometimes packages are marked as delivered a bit early
If it still hasn't shown up, please contact FedEx directly with your tracking number. They can provide the most accurate delivery info.
Customer Care
All orders are processed immediately after checkout, which means we’re unable to cancel or make changes once the order has been placed.
Since each item is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
No — all of our products are personalized and made to order, so they are not eligible for return.
We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement right away. Please email us at contact@oliveandoakstudio.com with clear photos of the damage, including the product, packaging, and visible shipping label.
Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive and in fairness to all customers, we’re unable to apply promo codes retroactively. Please make sure to double-check before placing your order — it helps save you money and helps us process orders faster!

Absolutely. Because we work with real wood, each frame will have its own unique grain patterns and slight tone variations — it’s part of what makes your sign one of a kind.
Yes — each sign comes with a pre-installed self-leveling sawtooth hanger on the back. All you need is a wall anchor or nail, and it's ready to display.
Our signs are designed for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture or direct sunlight may damage the finish and materials over time.
