PROCESSING TIME
We process orders as quickly as possible. Because our products are fully customized and made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process and ship.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time will take effect after the order has been processed and dispatched.
United States: 2-4 days
Canada: 2-5 days
Europe: 2-4 days
Australia: 4-7 days
Shipping times are approximate and cannot always be guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers are out of our control.
Orders made during special promotions and holidays may experience extended processing and delivery times due to higher order volumes.
Cancellations
Once you place your order, it is immediately sent for further processing, so we do not accept cancellations at any point.
Returns & Exchanges
Each product is individually customized and made to order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges.
If your package has arrived damaged, please contact us at contact@oliveandoakstudio.com providing photos of the damage. Please make sure you keep the original packaging.
